The Pug Dog Club of America (PDCA) Names Bella Therapy Dog of the Year
Each year the PDCA Board honors the pug who demonstrates outstanding service to the community over the previous year by awarding that dog the honor of Therapy Dog of the Year. Bella, owned by Judi Pepin was awarded that honor at the 2011 awards dinner at the Pug National Specialty for her pet partner work in the Greater Cincinnati area including Bethesda North, Cedar Village Nursing Facility, Shriners Burn Hospital for Children, Ronald McDonald House, Price Hill Library, Half-Price Books, Take Our Children to Work Day Programs and local therapy pet events.
