Pet therapy work is an incredibly rewarding way to volunteer in your Community. There aren’t too many other opportunities to do so much good for so many people with your best mate standing next to you the entire way! Be sure to check out In Your Own Words, a collection of letters and thank-you notes recognizing the work we do. You can also see our own member recognition forums and individual volunteers’ thoughts and experiences. There’s no better way to understand what it is exactly that you’re getting into than to hear from the people already doing the work.
